Delete your account and data

This page applies to the GPS Location Camera Map app provided by Software Lab India.

How to request deletion

  1. Email softwarelabindia@gmail.com from the Google email address used in the app.
  2. Use the subject GPS Camera account deletion.
  3. We will verify the request and confirm completion by email.

What is deleted

We delete your GPS Location Camera Map app account, account-linked profile information, retained original references and backend capture/verification records associated with the verified account, except information that must be kept temporarily for fraud prevention, security, billing, tax or legal obligations.

What remains on your device

Photos saved locally are controlled by you and must be deleted from your device or gallery by you. Copies shared with other people are not removed by this request. Your Google account is not deleted. Google Play purchase history is controlled by Google.

Subscriptions and refunds

An account deletion request does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or issue a refund. Prepaid passes do not auto-renew. Manage any existing renewing subscriptions in Google Play subscriptions.

Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
